For most people, including myself being happy sometimes can be really hard especially when you’ve experienced things in your life that effects you tremendously, but I’m here to let you know that the pain that you’re experiencing is only temporary and that you can ALWAYS start over and create your happiness .
I know you’re thinking “how can I do this?” Well I’m about to tell you a couple of ways that has helped me.
- Talk About Whats Causing You To Feel Unhappy
Talking about whats going on and how you’re feeling is the most curable way to start healing yourself. When you hold back on how you feel it hurts you worse than expressing it, and don’t limit yourself on how much you talk about. The more you let it out the more it will allow you to heal.
- Let Go
When I say let go I mean to start letting go of all the hurt that has caused you to be unhappy. This is easier said than done because you go through things in your life that cause you pain and it can be very hard to just forget it. It’s perfectly fine because you should never forget but you should always forgive and let go for YOURSELF. This doesn’t happen overnight, but if you’re consistent with this process you will start feeling a difference in how you feel.
- Be Free
Be free? Weird huh? But trust me when I say this – this allows you to start recreating your happiness. Express yoursel whether thats through fashion, music, or even art. Let all of those emotions out in what you love. Be YOU and don’t think twice about it. Life is all about creating and finding yourself. Sometimes you may be holding back on yourself because of the things you’ve experienced but don’t let that stop you from living the happiest life you can possibly live. Let today be the day that you talk about how you feel, let go and be free. As much energy you put into being sad, put into creating your happiness. It’s the most valuable thing you could ever have.
